Can we convert the field to upper case in syndication map itself.

Hi All,

I want to convert the field(s) in Upper case. ex. 123cd to 123CD . I need to do it in syndication map only.

I will be not able to use assignment from data manager due to workflow is not available which should execute it.

If there is another way to do it instead of data manager. please let me know.
