How to assign fiscal year varaint and transaction to Non leading ledger after go live

Hi,

Could any one suggest on below issue ?

Group company code fiscal year is different than company code fiscal year as per legal requirement, while during SAP implementation, consultant did not assign different fiscal year to leading and non leading ledger ( they just leave as blank in fiscal year assignment for non leading ledger). System automatically picking up leading ledger fiscal year. How can we now correct as data is already uploaded in 2013 and system is running live. how we can now assign different fiscal year to non ledger.

Please advice.
