Movement type 521 does not allow goods movement for WIP batch

Dear Experts,

While doing confirmation with CO11N, we are getting subject error. Message no. COWIPB174

We have already maintained 521 and 522 movement types in customizing OPKA.

Please suggest  how to resolve the issue.
