Hi Experts,
User want to create ticket without customer details, but not able to proceed.
System is throwing warning message 'Item/s not released to ERP. Please enter a valid customer'.
Fields like Individual Customer/Account are not mandatory however still user is not able to proceed.
Use Case: Customer want to use the Ticket to record internal work and capture the cost of the work on an internal order in ERP.
Please let e know how this can be achieved.
