Company merger?

Hi Gurus,

Please share your experience on this topic.

My client has acquired a new company and this company also have SAP ECC6 in place. 

1. As an FICO consultant what things/process steps I need to consider for this merger? 

2. How are we going to Integrate both the companies in SAP?
