Server Problem Windows Update 10

Hi guys.. a couple of days ago i've got problem with server security certificate . I've fixed it by uninstalling KB3163018 but then it just keeps on coming back. I try the same procedure over and over again but lately when i tried to uninstall it, there's this window update message  error " ( see attached image) . Hope you could help. Thanks
