Unable to use 0EQUIPMENT_HIER datasource

Hi,

I am trying to activate the business content data source 0EQUIPMENT_HIER in ECC,  in RSA5 transaction, selected the data source and activated it. It does show up in RSA6, but I can't see any field in the data source.

RSA6 screen,  there is error marked symbol in the status.

Extract structure screen,

RSA3 extract checker is running for a long time and not displaying any records.

is there any customization required for activating this data source?  Please let me know,
