PUOC_40 Payroll work bench

Hi Experts,

We are giving Full and Final Settlement through Off Cycle Workbench: PU0C_40,

Error Message is Payroll has not run Successfully,We give payment and deduction in 15 Infotype,

then we execute Offcycle work bench for Full and Final,

Can any one help me out with Complete Procedure and Steps for OffCycle Workbench: PUOC_40
