Rate Gain or Loss Calculated by System for Valuation Area 002

Hello,

I have made the settings for FOREX Spot transactions not to post Rate Gian or Loss under "Assign FOREX Attributes". When I am posting the transaction it is not calculating Rate gain for Valuation Area 001 (with Local Currency INR), however it is still calculating Rate Gain (DBT_B017) for valuation Area 002 (with additional currency USD). Do we have any more settings to solve this problem or it is a bug.
