Output Determination Analysis is not showing up

Dear,

     1. Output Determination Analysis is not showing up and giving an error

No analysis log exists

Message No. VN077

     2. Do not write processing log check box is unchecked in output type NEU of MM Purchase Order. in NACE.

     3. We checked the output type is green in messages and checked  in change mode.
