Dear All,
I have situation where in we have created a Service PR/PO in 2014 for certain amount. Commitments are now reflecting in 2014 in CJi5. Now user want to do the SES Release in 2016 but he is getting Budget Exceeded error eventhough the PO values is same as that of commitment value. Please note that we are using AVAC on overall values and Budget carryforward is not done.
Kindly advise do we need to do commitment carryforward and Budget carryforward before doing the SES release in 2016?
