In production component view one operation for all components

Dear Friends,

  In Routing we assign all components to particular operation like 0010-Items 10 and 20 like that in component allocation. But what we observed in production order component view for all components operation 0010 is showing. We not able to do Confirmation. I checked in COGI for that order but there is no goods movement errors.

It is MTO process, sales order- production order and components are Back flush. Black flush check box is activated for all components in production order.

Can you please tell what checks we have to do further to rectify this issue.please find attachment.
